What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Amazon.co.uk deliver all orders, so the charges are per their Terms & Conditions which can be found HERE.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Amazon.co.uk process all payments so you will need a registered account with Amazon. To see the payment methods Amazon accept go HERE.

What if I want to return a purchase?

No problem. Please contact Amazon.co.uk. Their returns policy can be found HERE.

Do I need to create an account with OOTDOORS and give you personal details?

No. OOTDOORS does not collect or store ANY information at all. You will, however, need to register your payment and delivery details with Amazon. If you do not have an Amazon account you will register once you arrive at the checkout.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have paid for your order Amazon will arrange delivery asap. When an order has been dispatched, many parcels can be tracked on Amazon.co.uk. You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. To track your parcel

To track your parcel: Go to Your Orders. Go to the order you want to track. Click Track Package next to your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. After you place an order on Amazon, an itemised electronic invoice will be available in Your Account as soon as your order is dispatched.
